Abstract

Virgin Coconut Oil is an oil derived from fresh old coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) which is processed at low temperatures without bleaching and hydrogenation processes to produce pure oil. Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is one of the processed products from coconuts that has high economic value. This activity aims to improve people's knowledge and skills in processing coconuts into Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). The implementation method used is divided into three stages, namely the preparation, socialization and training stages. The result obtained from this service is that the participants' response is quite high. This can be seen from their presence and enthusiasm in participating in the training. The community has additional skills in utilizing and processing coconuts into Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO).
