The city was divided in to three zones – more developed, medium developed and backward. From each zone one area, i.e., Highridge, Katundo and Makululu, respectively, was selected. The purpose of study was to know the impact of intra-household resource distribution on woman’s bargaining power. Logit model was used to find out the relationship between dependent and independent variables. The study revealed positive impact of age and education on bargaining power of woman in the household. Asset ownership also had significant impact on the bargaining power of woman. The study recommended to constitute a new higher education policy to encourage women to pursue higher education and to reduce drop-outs. This articles focus on digitally enabled commercial and/or business transactions. Electronic commerce is a business model which allows an individuals and firms to buy and sell products over the web. E-commerce includes four main market segments like Business to Consumer, Business to Business, Consumer to Consumer and Consumer to Business. The purposes of the study are to identify the perspective of customers on opportunities and challenges in the e-commerce, to identify performance of e-commerce and also to address the challenges in the e-commerce market in India. Researcher has adopted descriptive research and presented the research work with the support of descriptive statistics and weighted average ranking score method. 42% of respondents said that Business to Consumer (B2C) and 38% of the respondents said that Consumer to Consumer (C2C) are the major business models that customer use in the e-commerce platform. No respondent said that they use the Government to Business (G2B) ecommerce model. For the work, SWOT analysis method is used to find Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats for the apparel industry of each country. Information and data are collected from reliable sources like the statistics and rankings of the World Bank, WTO, WLO, different journals which are published internationally. The aim of this study is to determine the genuine present scenario of Bangladeshi apparel industry compared to the competitor countries and to study how we are improving compared to them. This work indicates the specific points where we have to improve immediately and the points that we have to take really good care of. Hence as a result after conducting the SWOT analysis the obtained information and all the data, tables and graphs illustrate that the scenario of the Bangladeshi apparel sector is in satisfactory position though the alarming thing is that the competitor countries are putting more effort to improve their condition and they are getting it rapidly. On the other hand, our effort is less and we are not improving significantly except our recent compliance, GDP and green factory initiatives. In recent years, thanks to policies such as mass entrepreneurship and internet plus, Beijing's cultural and creative industries have ushered into a new era. The purpose of this study was to create a benefit evaluation system for the cultural and creative industries that are of great importance to society and government. This study used Delphi method to build a preliminary evaluation model, conducted questionnaires, conducted and interpreted factor analysis, and drew a conclusion on the factors that comprise of a comprehensive benefit evaluation system. The study shows that evaluation index system of cultural and creative enterprises mainly includes two parts: economic benefit index and social benefit index. For economic benefit index, the evaluation involves income level, brand value, cost input and economic drive effect. While for social benefit index, besides the usual tax contribution and employment contribution, it should also include indicators reflecting such characteristics of cultural and creative industries as brand demonstration effect, social morality drive effect, education effect and social capital. To achieve the designed objectives the study employed a quantitative approach. Necessary data for the study were gathered via questionnaire and reviewing necessary documents. To do this the researcher took out 346 samples from the total 2580 population size of category “c” taxpayers and analyzed the returned 240 questions. The sample size of the study was determined by using simple random sampling technique. Responses of respondents were presented by using the data presentation tools and analyzed via STATA 10 software application and descriptive analytical methods using tables and charts. The study found that, family size and length of tax payment period has a significant negative influence on tax compliance. On the other hand, tax knowledge and awareness and tax penalty and fines has a significant positive influence over the level of tax compliance. The assessed amount of tax, probability of auditing and attitudes towards equity and fairness are insignificant factors in determining the compliance behavior of taxpayer. Finally the researcher recommended that different job opportunities and incentives should be provided by the authorized body to increase earning of large size family members. ERCA should be follow up taxpayers and control their activities to easily prevent evasion by taxpayers; and sufficient and adequate training, awareness creation and education should be offered to taxpayers to enhance their knowledge regarding to tax.
